ASA - Retainage Reform Legislation - Letter Writing Campaign

To all Retainage Reform Supporters:

If you have helped ASA or have shown interest in helping ASA in it’s quest for retainage reform, we seek your continued involvement. The ASA chapters in Ohio through the OSC (Ohio Subcontractors Council, the legislative arm of the Ohio ASA chapters), are forming a grass roots letter writing campaign, which will be crucial to the success of our legislation.

We are asking you to participate in this grass roots letter writing campaign by becoming a “Minuteman” letter writer.

Minutemen letter writers will be e-mailed a formatted template that they can customize based on their individual and company’s experience and then print on company letterhead and mail it to designated elected officials. We need 50 or more letter writers to send letters a dozen times over the next year to key house and senate members to create the grass root support needed to pass legislation for retainage reform.
